The Site is hosted by GDPR-compliant cloud infrastructure providers. Application data, including uploaded documents and drop-off proofs, is stored in data centers located within the European Union. The identity and contact details of the host are provided on simple request to info@espero-soft.com.

Bjet24 offers a set of services built around online postal mail sending: printing, enveloping, official postage and post office drop-off. Bjet24 acts as a technical service provider on behalf of the sender; the content of the letter is the sole responsibility of the latter.

These services are available through the Bjet24 website and mobile application. For professional users, they are also available programmatically, through a REST API and an OAuth2 authorization platform allowing third-party software (CRM, ERP, business tools) to be connected.

• Sending mail individually or in volume: standard, priority, registered letters and international mail;
• Tracking of mailings, drop-off proofs and legal archiving;
• Prepaid wallet and invoicing for professional accounts;
• Public REST API, API keys and webhooks for integration into third-party systems;
• OAuth2 applications authorized to act on behalf of a user;
• Test environment (sandbox) and production environment.

A test environment is provided free of charge for development and integration. Access to the production environment — sending real mail through the API or an application — may be subject to verification of the applicant's identity and of their right to act on behalf of the represented company.

Use of the service is governed by the General Terms of Use and Sale, which the user accepts before any order. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, which form an integral part of the contractual information.

All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, code, databases) is protected by copyright, trademark law and related rights, in accordance with Book XI of the Code of Economic Law. Any reproduction, representation, modification, extraction or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited.

Documents uploaded by the sender remain their exclusive property. Bjet24 holds only a technical licence strictly limited to the execution of the mailing (printing, postage, drop-off) and legal archiving.

Bjet24 makes every effort to ensure the availability and reliability of the Site, accurate printing and post office drop-off within the announced timeframe, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access nor bpost delivery times once the letter is dropped off. The detailed liability regime is set out in the General Terms. The content of the letter is the sole responsibility of the sender.

Access to the API and the creation of OAuth2 applications are reserved for holders of a Bjet24 account and, for the production environment, for users whose identity has been verified. These uses may be supplemented by the account agreement concluded between Bjet24 and the customer.

API keys and OAuth credentials (client_id, client_secret) are strictly personal and confidential. Their holder is responsible for any use made with these credentials and must take the necessary measures to protect them; any compromise must be reported to Bjet24 without delay.

Third-party applications connected via OAuth2 act under the responsibility of their publisher and of the user who authorized them. Bjet24 does not publish these applications, does not control their operation and disclaims any liability regarding their content, their security or the use they make of the granted authorizations. The user may revoke an application's access at any time from their client area.

Bjet24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the API or to an application in the event of abusive or fraudulent use, use contrary to this notice, or use likely to compromise the security or availability of the service.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. Bjet24 has no control over these resources and disclaims any liability regarding their content or privacy policy.

In accordance with Book XVI of the Code of Economic Law, a consumer who is not satisfied after complaining to Bjet24 may have free recourse to mediation. The competent entity is the Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur (Consumer Mediation Service), Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 boîte 1, 1000 Bruxelles (https://mediationconsommateur.be).

The consumer may also use the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These notices are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the Site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Brussels district. This clause does not affect the mandatory jurisdiction rules protecting consumers, who retain the right to bring proceedings before the court of their domicile.
